Requirements   * Minimum 3-5 years experience in handling/maintaining high vacuum systems and DC / RF magnetron plasma generation equipments in a cleanroom environment.
* Excellent troubleshooting capabilities
* Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
* Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Materials Science or Physics
* Good command of verbal and written English.
* Software experience in Siemens PLC and Visual Basic will be an added advantage.
* Proficient in MS Excel, Word
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Responsibilities   * Understand the fundamentals of Physical Vapor Deposition, Vacuum Systems, and the metrology associated with deposition of thin magnetic and non-magnetic metallic films.
* Independently install, commission and troubleshoot Physical and Chemical Vapor Deposition disk sputtering equipment and Semiconductor Thin Films Deposition equipment including retrofit and upgrade at customer site.
* Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems.
* Diagnoses mechanical, electrical, hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures.
* Interface with external customers as well as internal customers and vendors. Effectively convey ideas and technical observations to resolve engineering issues.
* Strive for root cause analysis, identification, and long term fixes in every engineering activity.
* Lead procurement process for technical products.
* Work effectively and cooperation with other Engineers, Leads and the Office Manager on technical and administrative issues.
* Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.
* Provide leadership, guidance and mentoring for junior engineers/technicians
* Ensure all members of his team have the resources required to perform the job.
* Constantly monitor the morale and well being of engineers/technicians
